Hi everyone,
I just joined the group. From what I've seem, lots of informed folks, with lots of opinions! I started fishing steelhead/salmon 2 years ago and I'm hooked! I mainly fish the Clack, but make trips to the Silitz, Santiam, and Deschutes (and Alsea during Beaver football season!). I have a drift boat and am trying to learn techinques that work while floating (plugs, diver/bait, ect..). I don't catch a lot of fish, but love to be out on the water anyway.

Welcome in.. This is a great place, I find myself reading while having morning coffee, and checking it in the eve also..

Please for gods sake,,, dont start a thread about which boat is best,,, it will go on forever, everyone will argue, then the conversation will turn to which beer is best.....
