Tried this tonight. The salsa is really good. Didn't have fresh jalapenos so used two big pickled ones.
The salsa is almost overpowering for the salmon so go light on it. Good blend of flavors.
Need to have fresh cilantro and canned or fresh tomatillos on hand.
