Default where to can tuna

Went tuna fishing for the first time with a friend from work. just him and my family headed for the docks with 24 fish in the upper twentys to lower thirtys I left 140 lbs to can and think I should have left more. I know alot of you think I should can myself but elk season opens this weekend and I dont have time I have about 150 lbs of loins that I should get canned.I need suggestions on where I should go in the Portland metro area

Freez it and can it later, works good! My opinion that it is better in jars than cans!

If you have time, vacuum pack the things and freeze them. You can can them within 3 months and there is no noticable difference in quality. If nothing else, cut some of the loins into steaks and vacuum pack those. THen you can cook them or can them as well later. Good luck hunting!
