Default Kelley Point

My dad and I are going to try sturgeon fishing for the first time tomorrow. We were thinking of going to Kelley Point. Are there still sturgeon there? I remember hearing it was pretty good there in late winter/early spring, is it still decent? Thanks

I have not heard any reports lately. I know typically this is not the best time. But there are always Sturgeon there, how many are keepers is a good question!! This time of year Astoria, and the Bonneville area, are where most Sturgeon fishermen will be found. Go down river on the Oregon side and fish across from French Mans Bar. There always seems to be a few keepers in there. Good Luck!

PS: Read the thread; Gizmo ???? on Pg.2.This action was on Wed. @ French Man's Bar!!!
