any reports from the OC area? was thinking about going out in the morn and wanted to know if anyone has been out there in the last couple of days. thanks for any info.

i was there yesterday.... i woke up early, and i had nothing to do, so i went to OC to sit in the sun for a while.... i didn't even have bait
i got there around 7:30 and i just got out of the car and i heard a bell ringing.... long line release... then i saw two boats accross from the mouth of the clack hook natives.... then a few people on the black top got a bite but most of them didn't stick, and the ones that did were natives.... i got a bite on a blade(i don't know the name... it was half and half chrome/brass)but it didn't stick even though the hook was sharp
i saw one keeper for about 10 bites untill noon... hope this helps

I was out at Cedar Oak boatramp(not quite OC) yesterday evening. There was an ODFW fish counter there. He had counted 6 fish since 9:30am (this was at about 3:00 pm) for 11 boats. One boat had 3 fish! Good luck to ya!

Between the two bridges on Wed. 12 fish hooked by noon. A couple lost, good fishing for 20 boats.
