Ocean Success??

[new boat]

Found ourselves on Willapa Bay over the weekend for crab, and the ocean was so flat we could not resist!! Went out Saturday and Sunday, trolled herring and nothing, absolutely nothing!! Back at the marina, one boat had one nook, that was all that was seen all weekend. Did anyone else have any success on the ocean this weekend? And where did you have your successs??

If ocean reports are what you are after, check out the Salty Dog thread. I would have been there last weekend but the NOAA reports were pretty gloom and doomy compared to what actually transpired...apparently.
