As I mentioned in an earlier post I had a trip up on the columbia yesterday for oversized and was going to see how the shad action was doing before going after the big girls. 3 rods 20 minutes 20 shad. the shad are here now. I fished the willamette on thurs for shad and only got about ten for several hours of fishing. the columbia was much more productive. Oh and the final count for the day was 20 shad, 4 oversized, 47 inch keeper.
thanks dennis, we went friday afternoon and got plenty for oversize yesterday and then went back after leons and got some for crab bait for memorial day weekend. for 3 rods, we had 2 triples. Good times.
