Default Sandy access from the Columbia

Does anyone know if you are able to run a jet boat into the Sandy from the Columbia?

Sure it is, especially when the Columbia is up. When both the Columbia and the Sandy are low, it gets real skinny near the mouth. I'd follow someone the first time.
