Glen Wicks Custom Rods- ??

Has anyone heard of Glen Wicks Custom rods out of Creswell, OR?

I purchased a several rods 5-6 years ago. If I remember right he said they were Lamiglass blanks.

Reason I ask is I have a small crack (2") lengthwise right near the hook holder, close to the cork.

Will they replace it or will they attempt to fix it?

All of his stuff has a lifetime warranty. He'll fix it if it can be done. I don't know about 5-6 years ago but he has several brands of blanks, and I think Lamiglas is one of them. I know for sure he has reconditioned Lami steelhead rods. You should call and ask about it, he's in the phone book.

That place is amazing. I don't think he has any new Lamiglas stock and much of his old stock is getting thin since they are no longer a Lamiglas dealer.
Just going and strolling through that barn is an experience. Most folks outside of Eugene aren't aware of it.... so just visualize...... a huge barn.....now fill every level with barrell upon barrell of fishing blanks. incredible.
