Timothy lake ?

Just want to now if any one has been there yet.I can't go to my favorite lake which is Wickiup,[ been slow this year on work can't aford to go that far].Any way if I can get a report thanks in advance.

Just went up there today to see itf the road was open yet. Skyline Road (42) into Timothy, by way of Hyw.26 IS STILL SNOWED IN! You can get in about 3/4 of a mile, but that is it.

From what I understand you can access it from Estacada. I am going to go find out tomorrow.

I supposably have reservations next Sunday through Thursday, up there. They called and said they wouldn't be open until 6 June. I want to find out why, and the only way to find out why is to see it for myself.

I'll keep you informed about what the condions of the back road. I know that it is clear all the way up to the back gate. 7 miles down the hill from the dam. I'll find out if the gate is open and how bad the road is.

Thanks fishchaser thats good though that meens the lakes and rivers will stay up. I hope to go in a week or so.
