Petitions for Closing Hatcheries
This just a suggestion,but when Mr. Misguided Governor wanted to close the North Fork of the Umpqua Hatchery. The Northwest Steelheaders made petitions and dispensed them everywhere for people to sign and I mean everywhere. From Stores on the river to GI. Joes,I even saw one in a auto parts store. And believe me they were all full or in the process. Alot of people dont know what to to write. A petition just makes it easier for people. Well good luck!
