Default wanted: florence contractor
A long time customer of mine is moving to the florence area. The new place needs some work. New deck, small kennel area and misc maintainance. I'll be doing the first work and getting it started. But i would like assistance on the work and will pass this exceptional customer off to a vetted contractor. If an florence area Ifish contractor that is experienced in maintainance and repair Is interested, Please PM me with contact info. Job starts after august 15th. Gated community, lic/bond/ins will be verified by HOA. Board approval on projects standard.
