Looking for anything within 30 minutes of Portland in any direction in Oregon.

Prefer:
$800 range
Nice size lot
Pets welcome (responsible pet owner)
2 bedroom
long term lease ok

Have one in Hillsboro that is coming available in a week or so...3bd/1ba..off 7th and Walnut $950 but everything is new
