We had a great tournament, we raised over $5000.00 for camps for children in need. We not only caught fish, but one boat landed a duck in mid air with a precise cast. I cannot say who,but he runs the anglers chapel

HA,HA. We also had many donated items by ifish members(1st place won a charter for two with mark charlton and a night for two at the Shilo)Thanks :grin: . Hope to see ya all next year.

I'll second the great time! Mojet and Fishing Eddie are a couple of jokers :grin: they kept the mood light. If ya all ever see Fishing Eddie on the river be sure to anchor up along side, he make a mean breakfast(wish we could have gotten over there for a bite). Nice meeting you guys. Hope to see ya all on the river agian. Can't wait to do it again next year :smile:

What a great day and event. I want to Thank all the ifishers who indicated interest in the 1st Annual Kings for Kids Derby. I want to especially thank Lipripper, Mojet, Fishing Eddie and Dave Johnson. These guys gave their time for this event and really showed how big of a heart they have for a needy cause. The money raised will help bring lifelong memories for kids....Thanks again [img]graemlins/hearton.gif[/img] :smile:

This is kaut1, a new member to ifish with the winning fish. He received a nice trophy, a weekend at the Shilo and a guided trip for two. Not bad for his first ever springer. Fishing Eddie put him on the fish. Notice how kaut1 is resting his left arm on Fishing Eddie's head to support that HUGE fish :shocked:

I also wanted to say thanks to Jennie for the link on ifish and the many others who have been a great help to Kings for Kids'. If you want to help out next year in any way, please send an email. We are already preparing for next year.
