Default question on rigging whole herring

Last night 3 of us were trolling plug cut herring on the CR and had it shoved in our face bad by a couple of guys trolling whole herring very slowly downstream. They ended up hooking 3 and landing two in about an hour. We never had a bite. I only know one way to rig whole herring and was looking for some different ways to rig them particularly ones that would allow me to troll very slowly but still get the herring to roll. I know the bigger bend you put into them the faster roll you get. Does anybody have a URL to a site with diagrams on some different ways to rig them?
Thanks in advance for your help?

Here's one method Whole Herring Rig from the site that ****** referred to in an earlier post. Bait Boy was kind enough to show me another yesterday so I'm guessing there are a number of other methods.
