Default WTB Pool Ladder

I recently picked up a 12-foot by 3-foot aboveground pool for my kids (thanks Bill). I am looking for a ladder for it. If you have one or know of one, please let me know.

Thanks.

A ladder on an easy set pool can be tricky. If it has to lean on the pool then water is going to spill out when someone climbs it. Best bet is to figure something out where it doesn't have to hang over or lean on the pool. BTW - I had one of these for my kids years ago in 3.5x15 size. I picked up a roll of solar pool heater...think is was like 4x16 or 2x20...just unrolled it and plumbed that in between the pump and pool. Worked like a charm and was only like $80 on eBay.
