Default Welcome back! :)

Thank you for your patience while ifish was down.
We were behind on maintenance, and I needed sleep!

Pete was kind enough to sequence the buttons for all of the automated maintenance, and I? What did I do? I slept!

I've been sick... After being open most of 5 plus years, 365 days 24/7... it was a wonderful feeling to not have to worry about ifish at night, nor rush to get up to make sure no one did any nasties in the night!

Thank you for your patience! I won't be doing this regularly, or anytime soon in the future, but let me tell you... IT WAS LOVELY!

Now, back to biz as usual! Let's talk springers! Show me some pics!

Jen

Wow...You had me worried Jennie, I was afraid with you being sick and all that maybe you'd gone off the deep end or something.

I'm on my way out the door for sturgeon and if I don't' get my ifish fix in I'd be lost!

Hope you're feeling better soon Jennie.

Jenny, you are the best. Thanks for working so hard, so we can communicate with the rest of the I-fish family.

Sincerely

Sore Back

PS: Going to start after those pesky Trask

You shouldn't have to police this forum 24/7. That's crazy. Perhaps you can delegate some of your authority. Glad that everything is alright. I think a lot of us were worried.

The mods do most of the watching.. It's just that sometimes we watch at the same time, and we have no schedules, etc.
It's frustrating, because how do you delegate this? "You read half the board and I'll read the other half?" How can you tell which someone has read?

That's why we depend so much on you, the reader, to alert us to potential problems. That works out really well!

Anyhow, it's going to be a beautiful, sunny day! Go out and catch some springers and show me!

Wow, talk about ifish withdrawal. I was in the middle of a post yesterday when all of sudden I got this message the board was shutdown. I started to panic....what was I going to do without ifish? Thank goodness it was up this morning. Thanks Jennie.

I too totally understand the shut down and even benifited a bit from it by getting a extra hour sleep from not checking the site. Jennie, I know it's hard to walk away from a project your involved in but I really admire you for being able to pull the plug. I've been totally exausted lately, burnt out from getting a meal on the table for 65, twice a day. I should have taken a work day and just called it off limits. I tried to work through it because I have spring break coming and thought I could get my needed rest then. My energy (give a hoot) level is at is lowest ebb. In my opinion it shows strength to be able to recconize when you need to back off and let things ease around you. Problem when your at your lowest energy level you don't always recconize things well. Don't worry about having to get some recharge, well be around when you plug us back in.

Jennie, you earned it. It's your show and feel free to shut it down from time to time for maintenance or if you just need a break. We'll tie jigs or reorganize our tackle boxes while we wait.

Dear Jennie, I was worried about you. A good nite's sleep is healthy. Listen to what your body says. I conked out on the couch myself. Good to see you up and feeling better judyfish99
