This is unofficial, but if you spend most of your time fishing on the Columbia, then after Sunday you have to put the gear away and wait till August to fish for Salmon again. DO NOT travel to the Willamette River (especially above Meldrum) to fish. The fishing there is terrible. The fish don't bite and they are all unclipped. Save your money and go buy a fish at Cascade Locks.
