I was told to indroduce myself.
I was raised on Netarts Bay clamming, crabbing, fishing, building rafts & forts, flying kits, exploring, and beach combing. My first job was helping my Dad at Netarts Grocery, which he owned from 1958 to 1982. My second job was taking care of the rental boats at Bay Shore Trailer Park. Graduated from Tillamook High; spent 4 years in the Navy in Scotland; went to PCC and OIT for BS in Manufacturing Engineering; worked 7 years in Aerospace in Southern CA; now living, working, fishing, and eating fish in Oregon City.
I own a 19' Harbercraft 2000 with a 70 hp Suzuki, which caught lots of salmon last year for my family & friends on the Willamette, Columbia, and
the big blue pond.

Welcome aboard Catch and Eat,
Glad to see you finally come out and say hello!! Like Uncle Bob says, Somebody has that Moniker allready. But I must admit, I have seen 3 Steelhead Steve's on this board as well.
I know you have a lot to contribute here. So kick off your shoes and stay awhile.

Re: New Member
Hi there Catch-and-eat...
A long time member of ifish has the name that you are using.
I will be in contact with you so that we can arrange for another name.
Welcome to ifish, by the way!

Re: New Member
Hi Jennie,
I'm getting a lot of flack for the name "Catch-n-Eat". Most people believe it is too similar to "CATCH AND EAT". I would have to agree. However, It would be nice if there was a listing of fictitious names that are already used so that this duplication thing doesn't happen.
Is "Skipper", or "Sailor" already in use?
