Need another room mate in Corvallis

My room mates have moved out for the summer and will not be returning next year due to graduation and transferring. Here is what I have....

I have a 4 bedroom house and I am the only one living in it. I have 2 rooms for rent. $300 each for rent. Bills are usually $100 or a bit more per month. The kitchen has been remodeled and has newer appliances. I have a brand new washer and dryer as well. The bathroom is being remodeled this summer and there will be new carpet in the whole house this summer as well. The house is located in South Town Corvallis apprx. 3 miles from campus. There is plenty of room for parking as this is a house on a few hundred acres on a grass seed farm. I have a black lab but my land lord will not allow anymore pets. This is not a house to party at or do drugs so if you are a partier then you may want to look somewhere else. I dont mind if you drink here but I dont allow any parties here or large groups of people unless we have talked about it before. I am a 23 year old education major at OSU and have lived with both guys and girls. I dont mind living with either girls or guys. I am looking for a room mate or room mates as soon as possible. Even if you just need a place for the summer that is fine, I just need someone here to help pay rent. I keep a very clean house, I am quiet, respectful, and get along with anyone I have ever lived with. If you know of someone or are interested yourself please call me!
