Default what is going on with the wilson????

I have fished the wilson the last few days and have done well on the cliped fish but have yet to get into the native fish that I was expecting? Is this the same story as everyone else? Do you think the big push of nates are in or is there more to come?

I have had the exact opposite problem. I can't keep the darn natives off my hook....my freezer is looking a little bare right now because I can't seem to catch any hatchery steelhead. The natives are in. My friend has caught quite a few of them on small spawn bags, a dab of pink yarn and a small corky.

Eric and Jeff - I have a solution. Lets get together and fish both of your favorite holes and techniques. We should get a nice mix of nates and hatchery fish. Just an idea?!

I was down there last week, and had the same problem as Dokotan. Hooked 4 Natives and landed 3, but not a single Hatchery fish. Was a great time on the river, but would have loved to have landed a clipped, brood stock fish..

I've been getting about a 50/50 mix for about the last month or so. It just depends though. Theres definately alot of down runner hatchery fish. Been getting atleast 1-2 a trip.
