Well, I finally got my new Predator wet. We fished at the sand bar on the Willy from about 7-2. We (dad) got some blood in the boat!!! #12 buck.Great way to start out the new boat.Saw 3 others caught. Most people were fishing prawns. Gonna try it tomorrow with a couple of other Ifishers. Good luck to all.

Fished the sand bar with Smily today. NO FISH!! We did see 3 taken. Some bozo had a native that he netted and just threw back not even trying to revive it We did finish the day with a nice boat ride down as far as the Selwood area. Now if I could just figure out how to load my boat back on the trailer

Hi Lipripper,

What ****** said about loading the boat onto the trailer. I guess it would help if I backed the trailer into the water before you started loading it though. LOL's j.k. I think you will have it down in no time. Just a little practice makes perfect everytime.

That guy did make it look like the fish did a back flip when he realeased it. Very un-nerving to watch that.

A big Thank you for the invite today. I sure did have a blast even though we couldn't find a fish ourselves. The next time though, we'll find them. Can't wait till you break in period is over and really open her up. I think that will be a very adventurous ride at that point. thanks again,

****** it's not the placement of the trailer that is giving me problems it's trying to get the handle of the pump and controlling the boat at low speed. Like Smily says practice, practice, practice, practice

Use short bursts with the jet. Its the best way to stear your boat on to the trailor. It can get tough when the wind kicks up.
