Default Old cedar fence boards

So here's the deal, part of my OLD cedar fence blew down this winter and my plan is to remove everything and start fresh. The question I ask is there a market for old weathered cedar boards or should I just throw them in the burn pile?

There's a market for everything if you keep it long enough. I built my big pigeon pen with used cedar fence boards. Of courst they have to be in reasonable mshape. Maybe could also sell them to a fence builder. How many you have and what would you take for them? I mught know a guy here in town. PM me cause I don't get here a lot.

I am rebuilding my fence and using the old cedar boards that I have. I would be interested in the boards you have. Let me know how many you have and what you want for them.

Find a kindergarden teacher that will take the boards. Sometime teachers will cut and fab up small bird houses for the kids to paint and give away as presents.

They also build bat houses to hang on poles, or behind fences.

You know, each 6' fence board is long enough to build a squirrel feeder. All you need to buy is the gallon size glass pickle jar (you can probably get those free also from the local taverns) suddenly you're in the squirrel feeder business!

They're probably 30+ years old and in pretty good shape.
