Whoooooooooo hooooooooo! I've been waiting for tomorrow for 3 months!!!

Bill bought us a trip with Marty Peterson, and we can't wait! I just don't know how I'll sleep! I'll get that, "Is it time yet?" thing, going on starting at about midnight! :smile:

I love fishing with Marty! He knows where all the fish are hiding! This is the last pic that Bill took, when we were on the Wilson.

Anyhow, I probably won't sleep tonight, but I just had to say! I am so excited!!!! Fever, or no fever, I'm GOING!!!

Plus! I baked him a chocolate cake for his Birthday! :smile:

I know how ya feel Jen. I try to take a couple guided trips each year, and theres nothing like showing up and letting the guide take care of the rest of the day...other than landing the fish of course. I've got a guided trip scheduled next week, and I'm already having trouble concentrating on work. I'm sure the fishing will make you feel better.

Not only the "tightest lines" but the brightest!

Many things are beautiful, in my eyes, but when I hopped in the boat, and saw these, I was dazzled! Look at the pretty colors! Now, how in the heck can you not have fun, with all of THESE at your disposal? WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

When we first met Marty, he was outside his truck, with frozen fingers. What a class act! While waiting for us, he picked up garbage at the takeout!!!

Later, when he was taking out, I finished the job, and that's what we came up with. How gross! But, it's all nice and clean, now! :smile:

Anyhow, had a fabulous day... We caught a bazillion and one half fish each! Bill and I both caught this steelie, with both of our baits! It was so funny! We thought we had a double. We did! But, it was only one fish! This hungry hatchery fish took everything we offered! LOL!

That was the greatest laugh of the day.

Marty is awesome. He really handles fish well, and is a great example for people to fish with. Here is Marty releasing a nice fish.

Here is one that will blind your eyes! Look out!

And the sunshine! Oh! The sunshine! It wasn't only our party that was out having a great time on the river! Took this shot of a guy fishing off the bank. It was just so beautiful and peaceful looking, to me! :smile:

Marty has an awesome tank in his boat, that is permanent. It's for broodstock fish. Has it's own pump, and I was very impressed!

Here is a guy who is totally devoted to our fishes, and our rivers. It's always a pleasure, Marty, and you have no clue how much I needed that fishy attitude adjustment!

It had been slow on the river, the past two days, but Marty did not let that slow down our hopes. He was right! He proved to us that even after slow reports, things can change! Change, they did! That guy can find fish like no other! He just knows where they are! It's funny to hear someone say, "There's a fish right there" and there is! I want some of his glasses!!!

I didn't keep count. I'll bet Bill did. He outdid me, yesterday!
Last I went down the Nestuc was with Tim Juarez, and that day I did 8 of 10. Bill got 2 of 4.

This time, Bill beat up on me, so I didn't count, of course. Would you? :smile:
