Scotch Eggs

Just made a batch for me missus for the frist time...man are they good. For folks that dont know, Scotch Eggs http://www.rampantscotland.com/recip...ecipe_eggs.htm are hard boiled eggs wraped in a saugae and breadcrum mixture and deep fried. I used quail eggs for a little "country" flavor.
I am normally not an egg eater, but Im tellin' yas, I went back fer seconds

Any one else ever do Scotch Eggs? What did you think?
