Sounds like you're looking for Barview Campground just north of Garibaldi. The campsites are close to the beach and the jetty.

I think that campground is one of the nicer ones on the coast. I don't do jetty fishing but I see lots of others out there.

Good luck!

I'd agree with Moby. I dont know of any beach that allows overnight camping (legally).

Try County Line Park on the Columbia, about ten miles down river from Longview. RV sites and tents, right on the river and sandy beaches. Lots of salmon, steelhead and sturgeon caught there.

Check into sand lake area. Lots of people camping on the sand. Just watch out for the sand buggies and four wheelers

Default Camping and fishing on the beach...need info

Want to take the family this summer to the coast...looking for a place I can drive right onto the beach, set up our tent, and cast away!! Also what can I expect to catch, other than a sunburn?
