shuttle craft

I would like to ask if anybody knows if there is any shuttle service on the clack or sandy river. I like to take my kids for a drift boat ride down the river and catch some fish, but its a pain to my wife who has to come help swap vehicles at the end of the day. I know on the Nestucca there is such a service,but what about for here? Thanks :smile:

Isn't it amazing that no one runs a shuttle service on the Clack? There are a lot of boats drifting that river. My wife has to shuttle me and she hates it. Sassys Cab can keep you waiting a long time. Any entreprenuers (sp?) out there?

Artwo, that's her old cell number. The correct one is 503-544-3617. If Dorothy has a slow day on the Sandy you MIGHT get her to do the Clack but it is out of her way and it will be $30 if she can.
Bob, one thing you might try is to go to your take out first and see if someone is going to do the same drift and then you can team up on it. I've done it many times on the Clack. A couple of days ago another Mike mentioned Sassy's Cab(#503-656-7065) will come pick you up as high as McIver, just call on your cell a bit before you take out. Don't leave any valuables behind while you are getting shuttled!!! Good luck.
