Default Upper Klamath Lake Agency Lake

Anyone been out to Upper Klamath or Agency Lake recently? Heading down there next week. Have heard the water is pretty low, and was wondering how it has affected the fishing? Attached pic from last trip...been too long.

The water in Klamath Lake is a dirty brown and it has been snowing and blowing all week , i was told the water in agency is better but the water temps are still down . Have seen very few boats on the lake which is usually the best indicator . Fly fishing has been nonexistant as there are no bugs yet

Still too cold for most bugz except maybe leech patterns. Trolling is IT for now.Think minnow imitations. Canadian WOnder, rapalas, little cleo, 50/50 silver /brass Freaks, anything with alot of flash, OR a red/white spoon, "killer"
Troll the willow banks and tule breaks. ALso the mouths of the rivers, Spring fishing on agency lake can be great for ones in the know! For trolling, troll just fast enough to get a side to side flash off the spoon or lure, no faster. Been there tested that!

OH, and where there are greebs there are minnows and where there are minnows,,,, well,, you know....

Water was between 54 and 58 on Agency on the 15th. Probably about the same now.It hasn't been very warm the last week but the fish are starting to show. Friend got one 26" from the bank @ Henzel Park on the 22nd. It will only get better as it warms up. The water is still a little dirty though.
