Default Welcome Owner hooks to ifish!

Owner!

I spoke with a great guy at Owner, Cat (sp)... We discussed how this area used to not be very familiar with Owner hooks, but how they are picking up in popularity.
I will be doing some "ready, set" contests for Owner right here on ifish!
I'm so excited! He sent me some hooks to retro for some wigglers, and I can't wait to try them! They are all wrapped up and in line really pretty in the box! AWESOME! Man, are they sharp, and I love the points! I think they'll stick!
I feel the quality of all hooks seem to be getting very good, and competitive.
Anyway, Welcome Owner, and we are darn glad to have you! Right folks?

I've been swappen out the stock hooks on my k-fish with owners for the past few years and have had great success!
Today we landed a 24lb springer on a k15 using a large owner treble on the tail.

Owner's rule. If you are having trouble finding Owner trebles in 1/0 its because they are all in my box.

Madwizard is also building me about 40 spinners all with Owner trebles.

As I get low on my supply of Gamakatsus I am "re- stocking" with Owners. Their hooks are the sharpest I have seen and very strong.

Broke the spinger skunk on owners this weekend. Love those hooks, they like to smart your fingers if your not paying attention. They work even better on salmon.

Owner hooks are all I ever use whether it's jigs, drift fishing or trolling herring. They are simply the best hooks I've ever tied on my line.

Owners are awsome, I've been using them for awhile now. Both needle points and cutting points. I like the cutting points better. I do not use owners in snagy drifts though, since there so dam spendy. around $.35 to $.40 a pop for 2/0's. Looking forward to the Contest. What are the prizes?

The super needle points are actually cheaper than the gammies in the bulk packs at GI Joes...

Streamside-would you mind telling me the size and package number for the owner hook you are putting on your K-15? I have been using owners on my steelhead plugs, herring rigs, and drift fishing. Would like to change hooks on the K-15s. thanks phil

Owener hooks are AWESOME,Glad there here.
Phillip R.,on K-15's,I put 5/0 oweners on a 4 bead chain off the center eye and 5/0 of the back hook on a swivel and split ring.I open the back eye with a pair of pliers and put a swivel in and close the eye then a split ring and hook this is a killler setup.I use 4/0 on K-14's Sardine wrap also !!! OH YEH these are single hooks,I'm talking about not trebles !!!
