f4....bbq's still needed and maybe some awnings
Stopped by Sand Island yesterday to check out the place.
There is a nice large awning over several picnic tables. At about noon, no one was using them, so hopefully we can get this area. Does anyone know if we can reserve this area? But in case it is raining, does anyone have any of the pop up awnings they can bring...or at least have in your vehicle.(please post here)
Also, we need a few bbq's. Anyone going to bring one. Please post here so I know that when the winner brings his/her fish in, we can cook it right there and share (right winner you will be sharing...with your fellow fishers...
You thought I was just going to check for lead...no, that's just an excuse to get the fillets going.
This is a team effort, we all need to chip in to make this work...so please let me know..
Giz...6 more days til Bernie eats crow...

I have a baby Webber I can bring Giz. I don't have an awning, but STZ II does and so does Drachir. Get ahold of them and they might be able to help. I'm going to bring some hockey pucks to grill, and some Salad. Maybe even a bit of smoked Salmon, if I get another by then.

I'll have my mini gas sunbeam to use. Also bringing food and pop to share. Won't have enough for everyone though.
