Picked up some nice "Rock Fish" from Costco today and decided to have beer battered fish and home made chips....I dredged the fillets in "Pride of the West" then added Deschutes Inversion IPA to the rest of the batter mix until it was kinda loose, slowly lowered them into the hot oil and cooked them until a golden brown.

Used my wife's "Le Press" for the first time and made homemade fries to go with the meal. Wow !
Tartar sauce for the fish....Ketchup for the fries and a cold Inversion to wash it all down.
