Looking for beach rental

I know some folks who want to celebrate a graduation. This is what they want to find.

July 9 and July 10 = Friday and Saturday for sure
(might need Sunday July 11, or a noon or later check out)
a house on the coast approx. between Lincoln City/Gleneden & Newport/Waldport? or a bit north of Lincoln City

nothing smaller than 2 bedrooms and 2 baths
on the beach or easy beach access
barbecue available and
a bonfire is a key celebration plan
non smoking house
good parking options during Saturday

try this company out they have a great rep around here
not sure about the price if they are fair cause never rented one before but
its worth a shot to check out. They are located in Waldport I think most of there rentals
are Waldport and Yachats area PM for link

If & when you check them out, look at 'The Courtyard'...it's awesome!!

You might also check out Alpine Chalet at Otter Rock.Nice fire pit area and large grassy area with good beach access.

Google Lincoln city rentals, tons of them. I have a couple that I rent from but I am planning on being there at the same time so not giving up my secret spot.

Have a killer house would make you a deal on, but it is in Netarts. 3200 sq ft, 4 bd, 3 with private bath, pool and foosball in the loft.
