flyfishing in salem

any good spots around there?? i am going out there for the weekend for a b day and wanting to do some fly fishing. any input woudl be awesome!!! all i got is a 5wt so nothing to serious just some trout fishing.

Nothing much available right now. North Santiam Below Detroit Dam doesn't open for trout until May 23rd. The N Santiam above Detroit Dam is open though but it would be a bit of a drive. Lots of good access up there. It's mostly planted rainbows.
