Which one? The one on Santiam Pass should be open if you launch at the resort. They do charge to launch at the resort. Coldwater Cove Campground is supposed to open May 15 but with all the snow we had this week, I'd guess it's still snowbound. You'd have to contact the McKenzie river RD to make sure. 541-822-3381
