Looking fro a weight mold?

I saw a guy with a cool weight that sticks in sand really well. Its the shape of a triangle, with a metal eye in the top and two spike like things facing up and two down. Does anyone know where to get a mold like this? The guy using in this got 20 pound hatchery springer on a metallic green spin glow with red top and bottom,
