I will have an opening 5/15 in my fourplex located in a great close in location near major transit lines. It is a 4 block walk to 82nd ave bus stop. Also just a 5 block walk to the 205 Max Station on Foster Rd. This apartment is located on a busy street (Woodstock) but the price is real good. Go ahead and do a drive by and then call me if you are interested. There is a convinience store accross the street that has milk, eggs and bread. There also is Fred Meyer close and awesome restaurants.
This home was completely remodeled last year and in great shape with hardwood laminate flooring. There is also a full bathtub. It comes with a free washer and dryer but will not be the responsibility of the landlord to maintain.
I do run background checks and verify Identificaton with drivers license but am open to bad credit/criminal history as long as I feel the problems are in the past and the applicant has changed for the better. I do ask for more deposit for high risk renters. There is a $40 application fee for the background check and I require the payment prior to running background. So it is better to give full disclosure of any marks against your record to me prior so we don't waste eithers time or money.
Move in costs are first month rent ($625) and security deposit ($700). As stated if you have problems in the past there will be additional security deposit of minimum $1000. I am a good landlord who will keep the place fixed and running properly. All I ask in return is for a tenant who will respect the property and treat it as their own and be respectful to the other tenants and neighbors and PAY ON TIME. Please don't bother inquiring unless you can agree to what I am asking.
