Default sandy or clackamas?

A friend is coming down from seattle area around the 20th depending on the fish... we are wondering if the springers are gonna be so thick you can walk on em at that day(s)? I have a drift boat that I'm itching to try out and was wondering about a drift... I have no clue, but my buddy has been drifting for quite a few years but is unfamiliar with those rivers. So,is this a good time for some spinger action? and what is a good put in and take out point? any body around doing a shuttle service? for both these rivers? and then what do we catch these springers with from a drift boat?...crud, maybe I should just change the name to clueless? thanks for the help

From what i know about the clack. you could drift feldhimer to barton, barton to carver, or carver to riverside. what i don't know is where the springers will be. These drifts are listed high to low. Maybe someone out there has a little more knowledge as to where the springers will be. You could also call Gary @ Great American Tackle 503-650-2662. Good luck!
