I've been using this lure in small size (about the same size as a Triple teaser) and want to buy some more, but can't find them anywhere. They are a willow leaf blade, spoon with a single hook, 1/2 brass 1/2 nickel. Any help?

First time I have ever seen one of those, I would think that in a pinch you could find a willowleaf blade, drill it and put a split ring and hook on it for a similar effect.
