Default Gators below Bonieville

I have a friend who is planning a trip to Dodson park this weekend. Can anyone tell me if the Sturgon fishing is worth going up there?

By all counts and experience I would say no. Its not that they are not there per se, the bite is really slow, especially for keepers.

Not sure if its the water or what, but things are definitely slower than last year. You would probably have better luck below or in the Willamette.

Good luck.
