Default Paulina Tips

I am just in the early stages of planning a fishing trip to Paulina for Memorial weekend. I have never fished this lake and was wanting to make sure I have all the right tackle and have a few tips on where and how to fish. I have downriggers on my boat if this helps.

Thanks in advance for any tips!

I've had my best luck trolling perpendicular to the sun. Also, try longer leaders. Run one side with ball trolls and one side without to see which they prefer and constantly change colors and lures until you find what their hitting on. When trolling just look for concentrations or the thermocline on your fishfinder..while jigging anchor up and jig just off the bottom or target suspended fish out in the middle while drifting.

If you are trolling definitely go with the longer leaders, kind of a fluke lake for that.
