Default Red Flag, Black Square

Or is it the other way around?

One of these flying at the Coast Guard boat shed means storm, two means Hurricane.

BTW we have hurricane winds everytime the wind gets above 70kts. Tough place, Oregon, we don't bother with naming hurricanes and go through several every year!

The following is a very much less than ideal forecast ....

Default Re: Red Flag, Black Square

Guess we wanted the rain so the fishing would get better. Well, we got is coming now. It's OK, we need it and plus the nets are going to be in for 24 hours at a time now, so let it rain a blow out all the rivers so the netters won't get as many as we will. ( I can be mean sometimes)
