Default Yaquina Bay Sturgeon

Has anyone fished Yaquina Bay for sturgeon? If so, can you share your technique...where, how, using what?

Any reports on people catching them now?

As always, thanks for the help.

I don't know about Yaquina bay, but in the south part of San Francisco bay, when the herring are running, you fish with herring or herring roe. I would thread a fat female herring on, maybe poke some holes in her to let some roe scent out.
