Recieved some vac packed moose from Alaska and would like to make up some camp tasters. Am planning on cutting into 1in cubes and marinating in Italian dressing, then sauteing 'till medium rare. Is this a good or bad idea? Looking for other ideas. Breaded?, BBQ?,Deep fried? I have enough to play with a little.
I have a whole Moose in my freezer, I would try to marinate the staek for a couple days. The italian dressing, and teriyaki mixture would be good. The meat is super lean, and will dry out really fast. Slice thin and BBQ untill pink. Good Luck
