Wanted Corvallis Rental

Hey guys,
My landlord has a sale impending on our house which means we have to find a place to live in a hurry. I NEED to stay in Corvallis, three bedrooms 1+bath. preferably a garage, preferably south of Walnut Blvd (school district reasons) and not more than $1000/month.

Before you suggest Craigslist, or the local rental agencies, let me tell you I am monitoring them closely. What I would like are suggestions of private rentals that might be available or public options that aren't commonly known.

SO with that, anyone have a suggestion for me??

I know where there is a house for sale and I think I remember where one is for rent. Just south of Adams School on 35th Street, take a right on Country Club and it is on the left. I am not sure how many bedrooms but I think I remember seeing the sign.

Thanks! I will check it out. We are definitely in a renting situation. I already talked to our local iFish Mortgage specialist and our situation lends us to a secure income that the mortgage guys don't count so we are out of luck in buying for another year or two.

Ok, I will keep looking, I drove by on the country club road and I was either seeing things or rented out.

It may also be further down on Country Club than I remember. I know went and came back from Philomath when I saw it.

we have a two bedroom two bath condo that just opened up on grand oaks drive. no garage, but a very nice temporary home. pm me for more information.

OregonSteel, Thanks for the info but unless those are REALLY BIG bedrooms I don't think my two teenage girls egos will fit into one bedroom I'll let you know if our 30 days runs short, we may need to take it for a month or two!
