not really religious ifisher seeks help
ok, so i don't know where else to turn. my parents have been completely betrayed by their friend. long story short, and embarassing details expunged, their friend got in trouble with the law, and said that my parents were the ones that got him in trouble. now, my dad, who's been a great dad and a good man his whole life, never ever been in trouble with the law, faces jail time for a crime he didn't commit. i want to be a police officer, and i know that the way the American court system is supposed to work is that we are supposed to let 10 guilty men free rather than imprison even 1 innocent man. i've never been very religious, but like i said, i don't know where else to turn. this has torn my family, and my relationship apart. i call upon you guys to pray for my family, and pray that the jury will see the truth. i really appreciate it. i would like to take my dad fishing this year, not visit him in jail.
thanks

Tough when someone has been falsely accused. Praying that the truth will be found and the correct person punished for their deeds.

Re: not really religious ifisher seeks help
they are considering it. as a future police officer in school, i know what kind of cause should be there for the kind of warrant that was issued. it's probably going to be a very big deal, as all of the evidence, even that which granted the warrant, was circumstantial. thank you all again.
