wild springer caught - pic
My father-in-law hooked into this nice native hen today around 1300 just a ways above St. Helens. We guess it to go between 15 and 20lbs. Lucky for her she wasn't clipped.
Seen one other boat off Sand island that looked like they had one.

Great Job!!!
I like the way you took pictures of that fish in the water. She has a long way to go before she spawns and needs all the help she can get.
Bringing them in the boat, squeezing them with both hands to hang on to them to get a picture to boost an ego is highly overrated.
Good work! That fish will go forth and prosper.
