Springer scallops and NO MORE SKUNK!

After konkin a few on my buddies boat Saturday, had to take the new Willie drifter out for a troll, so far only nate steelhead, and of course put a nate springer to the boat yesterday, but, the mystical fog was in the air this morning, and by golly, drug a clipped 15# crome oily dog to the boat, did the sacrificial bleeding, scale smearing and offerings to the fish Gods . And to top it off, it was on my 5 year old boys rod.
Had two other take downs on the down stream run, but wouldn't stick. Love those drive by slammers.
Starting to get spring fever now.

B Run, way to go Glad you took your boy and got him into a springer. Mine still can't stop talking about his 21lbr he got last year :smile: We need to plan a trip to take the kids out at the same time for some springer fishing. Again good job on the fish!!! ~SK~
