Default Slammin @ the Sellwood

Here is your sellwood bridge update as of 4:00pm monday. Once again a serious bite was on between 7:00am/8:00am. Saw several hook ups all at once. Actually saw 6 fish netted with what appeared to be three throw backs. Have yet to see an afternoon or evening fish caught. I know there out there. All it takes is that first one and look out. P.S. Please be respectful of your fellow trollers. Put your time in. You'll be well rewarded.

Look man, I know you're just trying to help................But you're driving me crazy!! It's bad enough to be stuck behind a desk on a day like this. Now you're telling us the fish are there. Oh, jeeez.

Thank's for the update.
The old man was taking my sister and my niece out today, they are up from Texas, hoping to get that little girl a fish she can brag about down there.
So that's about three days in a row where the bite is same time, same general tide and river current condition ... that's perfect cause I don't have to be at my desk till 9 or so, could get in on the early bite and still be here at work on time ... hands smelling like bait but here!

In the 25 years that I've fished for springers, the Sellwood bite has always been early in the morning with a possible small bite late afternoon/evening. Sounds like nothings changed this year.
