Spring Chinook on the Washougal?

Does this river get a run of spring Chinook or do they only get a fall run?

Chuchdog no springer run on the Washougal or the East lewis. closest rivers would be the Sandy. North Lewis, Clackamas and Kalama.
remember the Washougal Closes to all fishing March 15-April 15 .

Chuckdog, that is the theory, however it is historically known that the Washougal had good numbers of wild steelhead entering the river every day of the year. Through the last decade no one has been fishing it in March and April anyway. When it opens in April it only opens to to the MT Norway bridge the river above that remains closed until the June 1 general trout stream opener. Do me a favor, when fishing the Washougal kill every hatchery fish you catch.
