Walleye near Portland
I've fished for walleye below the John Day Dam but am looking for something closer to the valley. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Re: Walleye near Portland
In my limited experience..........
I-205 up stream to Corbet, and above, along the edges. Start in early to mid July. Worm harnesses in 15'-24' of water.
Some jigging opertunities around there too.
In my limited experience..........

Do a search- this has been covered many times. Multnomah Channel, Camas, upriver to below Bonneville. Another area I am hearing is the Willy below OC. Should hold fish. Not sure if I would eat them out of there

If we don't cover topics that have been covered, then we have no topics to cover. Might as well shut it down !!

That was a very basic question that had been covered as recently as twice in the last 3 weeks. I did offer some supplemental information. What's wrong with suggesting a person doing a search? There is tons of information in the archives.
If you look in the search or follow this thread, you will see I readily share information on walleye fishing- no secrets with me.

Re: Walleye near Portland
I have fished directly across Chinook Landing and did pretty good, plus went up stream a couple miles and there is another good walleye spot up there as well. We fished a bannana weight with blades and a worm set up.
